Statute of Limitations for Louisiana Clergy and Sex Abuse Civil Cases:

• There is a 10 year delayed Statute of Limitations for child sexual abuse cases in Louisiana. You may file a suit within 10 years after your 18^th birthday. LA. REV. STAT. ANN. § 9:2800.9 (2008).
